RESTRUCTURING TO GROW FOOD FOR THOUGHT

It has been a while since my last post. I wanted to share this short blog on "Restructuring to Grow"

When we look at the word "Restructure" it implies that there will be a change in the order of something that has already by developed or created. However, my definition for "Restructure or "Restructuring" is "To organize differently so that the object being restructured will become more productive and valuable."

However, I believe that there are 3 things that are necessary for anyone to successfully "Restructure" their ministry, organization or life. Namely:

1) Know your values (what is important to you); If you don’t know what’s important to you, how can you ever grow and manifest your best self? Take time to consider what’s most important to you so that you can better evaluate whether or not you’re living those values. Your values identify who you really are from the inside out. They reflect the image of your soul.

2) Honestly Examine the Structure of Your Life; Identify those areas in which hinders you from projecting your best self. You cannot change what you do not acknowledge. Identify those things that work and those things that do not work in your ministry, organization or life. Assess why these things work or do not work. After identifying those things that do not work be willing to:

3) Change your mind. Be willing to make the hard decision to say, "Out with the Old" - Romans 12:2 - And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Don't allow your past to shape your identity and your future. Be willing to say, "In with the New" - Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus - Philippians 2:5

Only then can Isaiah 43:19 (KJV) - Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert" become a reality.

There cannot be any growth until some things die.

What must die?

  • Your old ways of thinking

  • Your doubts

  • Your fears

  • Bad relationships

  • Living in the past

  • Sowing into soil that is not producing fruit

  • Your Uzziah must die so that you can see the destiny the Lord has prepared for you. What or who is keeping you from seeing God

ARE YOU READY TO RESTRUCTURE FOR GROWTH?
